Are You a Carer or do you know someone who is a Carer?
What is a Carer?
“A carer is someone who voluntarily looks after a friend, relative or physically/mentally disabled person who needs support to live at home.”
The Practice recognises how important Carers are in supporting family and friends to stay at home. It is equally important that Carers look after their own health and wellbeing and the practice is keen to support, where possible, for those Carers to do so.
Please advise reception staff, who will update your records to identify you as a Carer.
