Feedback, Concerns and Complaints

The practice is always keen to hear feedback from patients, relatives or carers about our service, whether that relates to a positive or a negative experience, or a suggestion for something new we can offer.

Whilst it always nice to have good comments about our service, which are fed back to individual staff members and the team as a whole, we also accept that we don’t always get it right. It is important that we know when things have gone wrong so we can avoid making the same mistakes in the future.

We do not engage with “Social Media” as we do not feel this is the appropriate medium to answer what are often delicate issues. Similarly we are grateful to our patients who do not express their frustrations through these channels.

We encourage informal feedback through the "Contact Us" page on this website, and will respond to these as appropriate. Sometimes a little explanation can resolve a misunderstanding.

Should you be unhappy with any aspect of the services or care we provide and wish to make a formal complaint, then our complaint procedure can be found HERE.
