We welcome new patients and do not discriminate on any grounds. We do however have a waiting list for new registrations and currently have suspended registrations if already registered with another practice within the town.

You must be resident within our practice area and intend staying for more than 3 months.

You will be required to speak with one of our nurses or GPs before you are registered so that s/he can discuss your health and issue any repeat medication that is required. When you register, we will need to see some identification and proof of your entitlement to receive treatment on the NHS. Please bring photo identity if possible e.g. a passport or a driving licence and evidence of residency e.g. a utility bill or a council tax statement.

Please contact reception for further information, or download the registration documentation online.

Please note that once you have registered, you can consult any of the doctors or nurses in the practice. If you have a 'preferred' doctor, please let us know so we can add it to your record.
