New Patients

We welcome new patients and do not discriminate on any grounds.

However, you must be resident within our practice area and intend staying for more than 3 months.

You will be required to attend for an appointment with a GP before you are registered so that s/he can give you a brief health check and issue any repeat medication that is required. This also gives you the opportunity to meet one of the doctors in the practice and discuss your care. When you come to your appointment, we need to see some identification and proof of your entitlement to receive treatment on the NHS. Please bring photo identity if possible e.g. a passport or a driving licence and evidence of residency e.g. a utility bill or a council tax statement.

Please contact reception for further information, or download the registration documentation online.

Please note that once you have registered, you can consult any of the doctors or nurses in the practice. If you have a 'preferred' doctor, please let us know so we can add it to your record.
